The Content -page allows you to showcase your projects with a short description and share media assets seamlessly with your audience.

You can also add tags to your projects, which acts as short keywords and are searchable through the search. Content -page can include as many collections as wanted.

Creating a Content -collection

Create a new collection in Media Pocket (or use existing one)
Add title (and description)
Add assets to the collection
Add tag 'content'
Add other tags to use as keywords (optional)

If you are an admin user and have clicked 'Edit view' on, you are able to navigate back to the collection in Media Pocket from the Media Stage.

Media preview – copyrights and description

The asset preview gives the possibility to see the asset before downloading it. By default, all the media is downloadable in Media Stage. In addition to the asset, the preview will also show copyright information and description. This data is gathered from Media Pocket based on the assets metadata.

Restrict media downloads

There is also possibility to restrict media downloads in Media Stage by adding a restriction in Media Pocket. You can set a restriction either for individual assets or for the entire collection and then it covers all the assets in the collection.

Navigate to the asset or collection in Media Pocket
Open 'Metadata' and click 'Edit mode'
Click +Add field group and choose 'Manual Media Publication'
If the field is null or true→ media is downloadable
If the field is false → media downloads are resticted (download button is hidden)
