Search Settings and Configurations
In the Search Settings, you can add or remove the fields used by the global word search. Custom fields that field types are text and are set searchable can be added to word search, along with system default fields in the 'Details' and 'IPTC' metadata groups. Read more about the search logic on Word Search and Filters.
You can also add attachments to search settings. By enabling this in search settings, attachments that match the search will also be displayed.
