List view

List view is designed for a more detailed layout of assets, projects, and their metadata. It also offers PDF and CSV downloads of the results, along with asset previews.

Sorting

Text, number, and date-based columns can be sorted.

Asset preview

Hovering over the thumbnail of an audio, image, or video asset enables a preview without opening the asset.

Clicking the expand button opens the asset in full screen and provides an option to open the asset directly.

Presets

The default preset is managed by environment admins and cannot be modified by other users.

Note: If an admin updates the default preset, the changes are applied to every user's default preset.

Users can create their own presets via the 'Customize list view' button.

Presets can be selected, edited or deleted (except the default) from the table preset settings.

The column order can be customized by dragging the columns and saving the layout using the 'Save columns' icon, which appears when the column order is changed.
