Sort and view options

By default assets are shown in the grid view with thumbnails and sorted as Best Match. Especially with free word search, the Best match helps you to find the right assets. Sometimes, though, it is convenient to sort assets e.g. Latest First.

You may adjust the number of results per page, the sorting, and the view options on the right corner on top of the assets.

Note: If you have selected to see a large number of results per page, it will negatively effect download times.

Sorting

You may change the Sorting on the top of search results. The selection will be saved for later searches and applied to the views in the projects. If the project's assets are in a different order than what you are used to, just check if you have changed the sorting type.

If you wish to sort results based on other fields, change to list view and you may sort results with e.g. title or description.
