Tags

Search tags are the most efficient way to organize your material. Using custom tags, you can make your life a lot easier when looking for specific products. You can use tags as labels for different campaigns, products, departments, or however you like. Having the option of labeling your individual materials and projects makes it easier to locate the right content since you have more than one option for finding it (compared to trying to remember the correct name or folder for the asset sought after).

Add tags simply from 'Add tags' button on the left.

Or from Details menu

Write down the tag(s) you want and click it (or create if not existing)
Save

Note: If you want to tag several assets at once, you may use Bulk actions.

Search with tags

When searching assets, you may filter results with a tag. No more wasting time for searching for a specific asset in different folders. Read more on Word Search and Filters.

Pro tip: Image recognition (AI) is very convenient as you get some tags based on what’s identified within the content. Custom tags allow you to be more specific with the searchable information regarding your activity (such as products or campaign names).
