Open REST API

Media Pocket has an open REST API that you may use to build integrations between Media Pocket and your software. Explore the opportunities in the API documentation.

To use the API you must generate an API key via your user profile page. All API keys are tied to user accounts and must have an expiration date set at creation. Media Pocket send notifications for key expirations occurring exactly one month, one week, or one day before expiration.

All users can generate API keys with no upper limit. The keys are personal, and won't be visible to other users.

Note: If a user account is deleted, all API keys belonging to the account are also deleted.
