Quick Menu

Create a project
Users can create new projects and subprojects. A new root project can be created from the Quick Menu or on the header +Create button.
The project must always have a title. You can also add Description and External ID.
Subprojects are created directly to the project or you may move a project to another project. Read more on Delete, copy and move assets and projects.

It's also possible to create projects/subprojects on-the-fly when moving assets to a project.

Visibility and sharing
When creating a project, you may choose project visibility. Read more on Invite members to project, collection or drop.

Project tools
Via project tool you can edit the project and view 'Details' metadata.

From the sidebar on the right, you may edit the metadata and members, browse the history log, and leave comments to your teammates.
Add thumbnail
You may also add a thumbnail image to the project via Edit.

By default all images that are located in the project will be listed, as well as subprojects that can be navigated into by clicking. Toggling on "Search all" from the top-right corner, you're able to search all projects you have access and select a thumbnail from there.

Search from project
By default, if you are inside a project and use the main search, the search will target the project you’re currently in. If you want to search the entire database, remove the project tag from the search field by pressing backspace or clicking the X icon.
